Kenneth is a registered massage therapist & owner of Runway Health Markham. He is a graduate of the Sutherland Chan School of Massage. He uses a blend of manual massage techniques customized to the needs & comfort of his patients. His biggest satisfaction is seeing the relief and satisfaction that he brings his patients. He speaks English and Cantonese.

Mina has been practising as a physiotherapist in Ontario since 2017. He has been acquiring experience since graduating from the University of Cairo in 2008. He has worked in settings such as sports, medical centres, & hospitals. He uses several techniques: active release, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, & exercise prescription. He speaks English, French, and Arabic.

Dr. Askander has a passion for providing her patients with evidence-based & patient-focused care through manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation & patient education. She is your go-to for all your musculoskeletal injuries, aches and pain. She is friendly, approachable, & excited to provide exceptional care. She is also a fully certified functional acupuncture provider.

Alan has a wealth of experience as a registered massage therapist for over 8 years. He has previous experience as an Athletic Therapist, which gives him increased knowledge and skills to manage all sorts of injuries. As co-owner of Runway Health Newmarket, he cares deeply about the quality of service that he provides. He speaks English & Arabic.

Dr. James is a great manual therapist focused on getting patients better with long-term results. He provides soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, acupuncture, spinal manipulative therapy & adjustments, as well as rehab exercises. He’s very easy to talk to and provides nothing short of his best to each of his patients. He speaks English & Korean.

Chris graduated from the UofT’s Physical Therapy Program and is excited to serve the Markham region. He also holds a Kinesiology Bachelor’s Degree from York University. He prefers a hand-on approach when it comes to treatment and uses techniques such as joint mobilizations, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, & rehab exercises. He speaks English & Arabic.

Akshay has a long history at Runway Health from starting as a volunteer, to completing his education, and returning to work as a physiotherapist in the environment he loved to be at. He knows the ins and outs of our clinic and is an extremely hard-worker. He’s a true professional and simply always gets the job done. You’ll always feel comfortable in his hands.

Kevin is a professional, courteous, and motivated physiotherapist. He attained his Masters of Physiotherapy from the University College Dublin in Ireland. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology. He already has a ton of experience especially dealing with musculoskeletal conditions and providing rehabilitation. He speaks English & Cantonese.

Brenda has over 10 years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Medix School. During her experience, she has attained a wide skillset and level of proficiency. She’s really easy to talk to and is very friendly. She’s great at communication and will explain things to you thoroughly. She speaks English & Mandarin.

Carrie is a highly qualified, enthusiastic, and friendly Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Protege College of Massage Therapy and is excited to be serving Markham. She provides relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, pain-focused massage, and will work endlessly to relieve your aches and pains. She speaks English and Cantonese.

Oscar is a friendly, professional, and talented Massage Therapist. He graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and is excited to be serving the Markham region. Vivian is a skilled and experienced Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Royal Institute of Science in 2012 to attain her RMT license. She provides relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, pain-focused massage, pregnancy massage, cupping, acupuncture, and sports style. She speaks English, Cantonese, & Mandarin.

Lawrence is a qualified, attentive, and proficient Registered Massage Therapist. He graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He performs deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point massage, myofascial release, & relaxation massage. He’s easy to talk to. He is also a personal trainer and very proficient with rehab exercises.

Alan graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. He developed a wide skillset to produce different massage therapy techniques. He performs deep tissue massage, sports massage, tuina massage, relaxation massage, and a blend of techniques. He’s always very friendly and will always give it his all. Gloria is a friendly & enthusiastic Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Protege Massage School and is ready to serve Markham and surrounding regions. She is excellent with determining just the right amount of pressure for each client. She performs deep-tissue, relaxation, Swedish, sports, and mixed-style massages. She speaks Mandarin and English.

Cassidy is a motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate therapist. She graduated from Georgian College in 2022. She is excited & dedicated to serve the Newmarket region. She provides individualized treatments by using a multitude of techniques such as trigger point therapy, facial techniques, PNF techniques, stretching, and strengthening.

Fanda is a Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist. She graduated from UofT in Health & Disease. She pursued TCM at Humber College. She sees patient with reproductive issues, chronic pain, digestive issues, & more. She uses acupuncture, herbal medicine, gua sha massage, & fire cupping therapy. She’s very easy to get along with. She speaks English, Cantonese, & Mandarin.

Josephine is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner & acupuncturist who holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in biology. She provides acupuncture, fire cupping, guasha and Chinese herbs. She treats a wide range of conditions from pain condition, digestive issues to fertility and mental health. She is passionate about providing personalized treatments.

Dr. Omar is a clinic director of Runway Health Markham. His main job is to make sure that operations are running smoothly in the clinic and all patients are satisfied. He addresses patient concerns and explains things thoroughly. Dr. Omar believes in genuine quality care and proper education to speed up recovery. He speaks English and Arabic.

Carmen is an amazing & energetic clinic manager. She is your go-to for sorting out insurance claims and benefits. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, don’t hesitate to ask her. She is very fun to be around and makes your day better. She is the motor that keeps the clinic running. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Elinor is a clinic administrator in the newmarket location. She is also a active rehab specialist who helps patients complete their physiotherapy exercises. She is currently studying for her Psychotherapy licence at the University of Toronto, specializing in mental health. In her free time, Elinor is a competitive bodybuilder, nutrionist and personal trainer.

Priyanka is a clinical assistant who had attained her physiotherapy license back in India. She is in the process of getting her Canadian physiotherapy license. She helps with patient treatment, exercises, and helps to maintain a smooth flow of the clinic. She is an extremely valuable team member that helps the clinic flow. She speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
